Heist Chocolate is a bean to bar micro factory in Cardiff, Wales specialising in micro-batches of stone ground chocolate using organic, single origin, cocoa beans.
The chocolate is delicious (we eat more than we should!) and the packaging featuring illustrations by Ellie Fulcher is eye-catching and like the chocolate made with care, each bar wrapped in gold foil inside the hand-stitched envelope - a perfect gift!
What a difference 10% can make. A step up from the 70% dark chocolate but if you really want to taste the origin of these beans, you should try this bar. A little bit goes a long way!
