Faulty items
- We stringently check the quality of all our products, in the unlikely event of a faulty item please contact hello@hunterpaperco.com and we’ll put things right by issuing a replacement or refund
Can I change my mind?
- Of course! We think you’ll love your Hunter Paper Co. purchase, however if for any reason you don’t simply contact us at hello@hunterpaperco.com, letting us know you’d like to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
- All returned items must be sent back in the original packaging in an unused and resalable condition
- The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage cost and any postage charges associated with the order will not be refunded.
- Upon receiving the return we will issue a refund
