Faulty items

  • We stringently check the quality of all our products, in the unlikely event of a faulty item please contact and we’ll put things right by issuing a replacement or refund

Can I change my mind?

  • Of course! We think you’ll love your Hunter Paper Co. purchase, however if for any reason you don’t simply contact us at, letting us know you’d like to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
  • All returned items must be sent back in the original packaging in an unused and resalable condition
  • The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage cost and any postage charges associated with the order will not be refunded.
  • Upon receiving the return we will issue a refund
