Created in collaboration with ONE PIECE magazine, this techo cover pairs original artwork from Volume 99—home to the landmark 1000th chapter—with creator Eiichiro Oda’s full storyboard for "Chapter 1000: Monkey D. Luffy." The cover features Oda’s raw sketches printed in light blue against a light gray, newsprint-style background. It comes with a clear Cover on Cover printed with the final inked artwork in black, allowing you to layer or strip back the layers to enjoy two distinct looks.
