Blackwing Vol 458 (Tribute to Birding) Individual Pencil

Blackwing Volume 458 is a tribute to birding, the art of observing birds in their natural habitat and a reminder to slow down. In a world filled with distractions, this special edition celebrates the beauty of nature and encourages us to notice what often goes unseen. Each pencil features a Balanced graphite core, ideal for writing, sketching and drawing, together with a gradient finish inspired by four North American migratory birds: the Clark's Grebe, Mallard, Green Jay and Black Rail. The number 458, stamped in black foil on every pencil, represents the estimated number of migratory bird species that regularly travel through the United States and Canada.

Like every Blackwing pencil, Volume 458 features the brand's iconic semi-hexagonal barrel, metal ferrule and replaceable eraser.

When purchasing a single pencil, it is not possible to choose a specific design. One of the four available versions will be shipped at random, depending on stock availability.
