Created in collaboration with picture book author Akiko Miyakoshi.
Warm yellow lights glow against a quiet, black background. Titled “An Airport at Night,” this piece captures the scenery Miyakoshi saw at an airport during her own travels, along with the feelings she experienced in that very moment.
The artwork on the front cover continues across the back and all the way into the inner right pocket. It's designed as one large, continuous picture, allowing you to feel the passage of time and the lingering mood of the scene.
