This is a specialized version of the Cover on Cover, designed to fit select Hobonichi Techo Weeks covers and protect them while also giving solid-color covers a fresh new look. The illustration "Dog Ears Fluttering in the Wind" was chosen from the works of Keiko Shibata, a picture book artist and illustrator known for her "wind" themed pieces. A strong wind is depicted, causing the dog's ears to flutter and its fur to blow. Created with oil pastels, the warm and colorful design complements covers of any color. To preserve the illustration, there is no opening on the back for accessing the cover's back pocket.
