Last postage dates for guaranteed Christmas delivery:
USA & Europe via FedEx - 15th December
UK Royal Mail 48 - 17th December
UK Royal Mail 24 - 20th December
UK Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed - 23rd December
Republic of Ireland - 17th December
We're starting to notice things taking a little longer in the Royal Mail system. Royal Mail 48 should take 3-5 working days but could take longer at this stage. If you're needing your order quickly please consider upgrading your postage to RM24 or special delivery.
Please note, we'll continue to ship after these dates - this is just a guideline for getting those gifts to you on time!

How much is UK postage?
- We offer free postage on all our cards
- For everything else standard UK postage is free for orders over £30
- For orders below £30, postage is £2.95
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day
- Next day delivery is available from Royal Mail for £8.95
How much is postage to Ireland?
- For orders below £50, postage is £4.95
- For orders over £50, postage is free!
How much is postage to Europe?
- Standard Airmail is £7.50 (5-17 days)
- Fully tracked express shipping is £11.95 (3-5 days)
How much is postage to North America?
- Postage is £20, we use FedEx which is fully tracked
When will I receive my order?
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. You should expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 days ( in the UK), you will receive an email when your order is dispatched
- If you need your order urgently please select express delivery at checkout
- For international orders please allow 7 to 14 days
Returns
Faulty items
- We stringently check the quality of all our products, in the unlikely event of a faulty item please contact hello@hunterpaperco.com and we’ll put things right by issuing a replacement or refund
Can I change my mind?
- Of course! We think you’ll love your Hunter Paper Co. purchase, however if for any reason you don’t simply contact us at hello@hunterpaperco.com, letting us know you’d like to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
- All returned items must be sent back in original packaging in an unused and resalable condition
- Upon receiving the return we will issue a full refund
